If there is a fire, everyone will have no time to run away.
And then, there would be a tragedy.
That landlord is very hateful, in order to earn money and do the bad thing.
And it is very important, it concerns for people's safety.
I'm very lucky to live in a safe place with my roommate.
So, be careful when you are finding a house.

yikes! I can't read the article. But I can guess what it's about.
I've seen a lot of unsafe conditions. People should be really careful about what appartments and houses they rent. Always check the safety features including a fire escap.
i totally agree with that. i think all the students in taiwan are in the same situation of house renting.
